Editorial policy
ChapterSnap summaries are written to help readers decide what to read and to revisit books they have read. This page explains how they are made.
How summaries are created
Each summary is prepared by the ChapterSnap editorial team and reviewed against the book for accuracy, structure and readability, and is organised by part and chapter where the book has them.
Three lengths
Every book has a 5-minute, 10-minute, and 20-minute version. The 10-minute version follows the book chapter by chapter; the 5-minute version focuses on the core ideas; the 20-minute version adds depth and detail.
Summaries are not substitutes
Summaries describe a book's ideas and plot in our own words. They do not reproduce the book's text, and we encourage readers to read the original.
Corrections
If you find an error, email us at chaptersnap18@gmail.com, or reach us through our Facebook page or Instagram. We review every report and update the summary when we make a change.
