2.2 Informational purposes only. Summaries are provided for general informational, educational and discovery purposes only. They are interpretive, may omit material elements of the original works, and may contain inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Summaries are not a substitute for the original works and do not constitute professional, financial, investment, medical, legal or other advice. Any decisions you make on the basis of the Services are made at your sole discretion and risk.
2.3 No affiliation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Divtechnosoft is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any author, publisher or rights holder of the works summarised on the Services. 3.3 Restrictions. You must not, and must not permit any third party to: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, frame or create derivative works from any part of the Services, except for brief quotation with attribution as permitted by applicable law; (b) use any robot, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access, collect or extract content from the Services, other than general-purpose search engines indexing the Website in accordance with our robots instructions; (c) use any content from the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or dataset; (d) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law; (e) interfere with, disrupt or circumvent any security, measurement or access-control feature of the Services, including by artificially inflating reading counts; (f) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (g) use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
4. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to chaptersnap18@gmail.com containing: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as its URL; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material concerned and will take such further steps as are required by applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. We may notify the provider of the material and consider any counter-notification in accordance with applicable law.
5. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ratings or other information regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you grant Divtechnosoft a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you. You represent that your Feedback does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Third-party services and advertising
The Services may contain advertisements, links to and integrations with third-party websites, applications and services, including app stores, analytics and advertising providers. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, products, services or practices, and your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. 7. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DIVTECHNOSOFT FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO DIVTECHNOSOFT FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) INDIAN RUPEES ONE THOUSAND (INR 1,000).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully limited.
9. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Divtechnosoft and its proprietors, partners, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your Feedback, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or that your use presents a risk to the Services, to us or to others. Sections 2.2, 2.3, 3, 4 (as to notices already received), 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 survive any termination.
